No sale or sharing of mobile data: LeadBack does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and consent are never shared with third parties.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

When someone calls a business phone number using our service, we may collect:

Caller phone number
Call timestamp and call status (e.g., missed, busy)
SMS delivery metadata (message SID, delivery status)
Business name and booking link configured for that account

We do not sell personal information.

3. How We Use Information

Send one transactional missed-call follow-up SMS to callers
Send one alert SMS to the business owner
Operate, monitor, and support the missed-call automation service
Comply with legal and carrier requirements

4. SMS Communications

By calling a published business number to request service, callers consent to receive one missed-call follow-up SMS as described in our SMS Consent Policy. Recipients may opt out by replying STOP.

5. Data Sharing

We use Twilio, Inc. to deliver voice and SMS. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content solely as our service provider to deliver messages on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

6. Data Retention

Call and SMS event logs are retained only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, typically up to 12 months unless a longer period is required.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing leadbackhvac@gmail.com. SMS recipients can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest, including HTTPS and access controls on production systems.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes.
