Step-by-Step Opt-In Workflow

1. Consumer dials +1 (401) 406-4371 to contact LeadBack.
2. Before the call is forwarded, the consumer hears the recorded verbal disclosure below.
3. By continuing the call after hearing the disclosure, the consumer provides express consent to receive one missed-call follow-up SMS if the call is not answered.
4. If the call is not answered, LeadBack's automated application sends exactly one SMS from +1 (401) 406-4371 with the LeadBack business name and a Calendly booking link.
5. Consent is voluntary, given directly to LeadBack, and is not a condition of purchase.
